Theranostic Physicians · The Team

Senior nuclear medicine physicians and research scientists, together at one ICPO-certified centre.

The clinical and research team behind Theranostic Physicians Private Limited (TPPL) operates at the Department of Nuclear Medicine & Molecular Imaging, Fortis Memorial Research Institute (FMRI), Gurugram — one of India's only ICPO Clinical Theranostics Centres of Excellence. Led by Dr. Ishita B. Sen, President of the Association of Nuclear Medicine Physicians of India (ANMPI), the team has authored peer-reviewed first-author research in Annals of Nuclear Medicine, Clinical Nuclear Medicine, and the British Journal of Radiology on Lu-177 PSMA, Ac-225 PSMA, and Lu-177 PRRT for prostate cancer and neuroendocrine tumours.

A note on our practice

Theranostic Physicians Private Limited is the clinical practice entity through which our consultants deliver care at FMRI Gurugram.

Each of the physicians and researchers below holds appointments at the Department of Nuclear Medicine & Molecular Imaging, Fortis Memorial Research Institute. International and domestic patients seeking radioligand therapy — Lu-177 PSMA, Ac-225 PSMA, Lu-177 PRRT, I-131 MIBG, Tb-161 — are seen by the same consultants, on the same equipment, under the same dosimetry-led clinical protocols described across this site.

The physicians

A small senior team. One centre. One protocol.

"International patients meet the same consultants who designed the protocol — every cycle, every scan."

Published research

Three first-author papers on the therapies we deliver — in journals oncologists actually read.

When you receive Lu-177 PSMA, Ac-225 PSMA, or Lu-177 PRRT at our centre, you're being treated by the physicians whose names appear as first author on the foundational Indian publications for those exact therapies. Not co-author. Not editorial board. First author — the researcher who designed and led the study.
